Coffee2U started with one espresso machine, one van, and one simple idea: great coffee should come to you. Today, that van rolls through neighborhoods, offices, and events across the Rio Grande Valley — serving handcrafted coffee and fresh breakfast made the same way we started: small, hands-on, and with nothing to prove but the cup in your hand. We keep the menu small on purpose. Fewer drinks, done right, every single time. Because great mornings shouldn't be something you drive to. They should pull up right outside.

At just 22 years old, Daniel Wulschner is proof that age is no barrier to building something real.
Daniel isn't the kind of owner who waits for opportunity — he creates it. He built Coffee2U from the ground up and also owns Nieves El Chapulin, running both businesses on relentless work ethic and a genuine love for serving his community.
You won't find Daniel behind a desk. You'll find him behind the counter — brewing, serving, restocking, and greeting every customer with a smile. That hands-on dedication is at the heart of everything Coffee2U stands for.
